At Waka Essence, we are committed to delivering premium natural ingredients in perfect condition. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our facility.

Because our products are natural ingredients that require proper handling and quality preservation, we are generally unable to accept returns after delivery. However, if there's ever an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing waka.essence.lb@gmail.com 

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos of the product and its packaging

Once reviewed, we'll arrange the appropriate solution, whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Returns

To maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns for delivered items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns cannot be accepted for:

- Products that have been opened or used

- Custom or private-label orders

- Special order products

- Sale or clearance items

- Gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
